How to Improve Education

Students should be held responsible for their own education. Parents must motivate them, too, especially when younger than 10. Teachers can do very little when students are not willing to make an effort. At age 14 students should be told that their education is finished, UNLESS they obey all rules and show diligence in studies. No exceptions. After the first 5 week's grades push up to 10% of students to the streets, then we could get some learning done.
